Dr. Holly Daniels is a licensed therapist, educator, meditation teacher, and mental health expert with over a decade of experience working with individuals, families and couples within educational systems, treatment programs and independent practices.She specializes in helping those struggling with mental health issues, neuro-differences, substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship dysfunction. She is a regular speaker both locally in Los Angeles as well as nationally at industry conferences including the Moments of Change conference in Florida, the National Collegiate Recovery conference in Atlanta, the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) National Conference in Denver, and the National Young Adult Transition Association conference in Idaho.
